Shops, stalls and bistros, as well as karaoke rooms allocate themselves along this slope, forming a human-scale street space. The intention is to create a continuous space where people can wander casually through, stop by to pick up books or videos, to have a snack, to enjoy karaoke with friends. These functions are distributed into small shops and mixed together, creating a street which exist in OTAKU people\u2019s dreams. Standing together, they accentuate the theme of entertainment in the new media era, indicating the identity of the building as well as the Akihabara area. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blogdeconcursos.com\/resultados\/img\/res\/021\/h021_09.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-29\" alt=\"Winners of the Competition Tokyo Replay Center\" src=\"https:\/\/blogdeconcursos.com\/resultados\/img\/res\/021\/m021_09.jpg\" width=\"960\" height=\"678\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Apart from rendering a soothing atmosphere within the whole building, the slope also provides new possibilities for activities. On one hand it offers easy accessibility to all-bicycles, wheelchairs, children and seniors; on the other hand it invites people to develop intimate relationship with the building-sit, lie, crouch or lean.   Walking within the building, people constantly catch the view of the Akihabara from every perspective, while in turn their activities become a part of the city scenery. As an extension to the Akihabara streets, the open space and free atmosphere of the building, which can be observed from its entire neighborhood including the My Way 2 and the subway, invites the urban life to merge in.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mew-Mew The building is a huge open structure composed with one winding slope.
