Ideas Competition organized by the Housing Finance and Development Centre of Finland (ARA) for the design of rental housing financed by the district association Sopenkorpi in Lahti in 2049. The homes must meet the following requirements: having a reasonable price, ecological, adaptable, innovative, accessible and comfortable.
The aim is that participants consider the problem in the field of housing in the future and to identify issues to explore in more detail in its design.
