Competition of ideas in a single phase for the refurbishment of an old silo in Guangzhou, China. The aim is to create a space for young designers and artists. Given the wide possible program proposal (creative spaces, design studios, workshops, galleries, schools, machinery spaces for industrial arts) development should be able to provide a work space for more than one hundred students and design professionals.
