Restricted competition for the construction of the administrative and technical buildings for the “Direction Mer Sud Océan Indien” (DMSOI) in the city of Port, Reunion.
The project consists of:
– An administrative center for 26 agents
– A technical center for 15 agents
– The construction of 1380 m2 of usable space, including 610 m2 of warehouses, and more than 1625 m2 outside.
