Projects competition aimed at selecting a design concept in a preliminary level, in order to prepare the project for improvement of Horta Waterfront.
This requalification will be very important for the city of Horta, due to a strong growth, revitalization and regeneration of the historic center and the waterfront.
The objectives of the program are:
Improve the quality of life, improve the traditional trade, promotion of the tourism, protect and enhance the natural and built heritage, Identify, preserve the urban fronts and consider an intervention on the limiting buildings.
