Restricted competition project for the construction of a cultural center in Limonest with a budget of € 6,575,000. The new equipapiemto will be placed in a natural space partially classified for the scenic value that characterizes it. Architects must insert the project in the nature, with a perfect integration, overlooking the valley of the Well and the preserving certain constructions (underground water tank, masonry).
The equipemiento shall consist of:
– A common pole of associations (910 sq meters) to hold the association activities, including ballroom and music, theater, rehearsal and reception for the local public.
– A library (356 sq meters) with a small space for children, space for books, multimedia, news, documentaries and workspaces.
– An auditorium (250 seats) with a stage of 130 square meters and stands and service areas.
– Facilities of the Limonest Conservatory of Music (515 m²) consists of a multi-purpose hall, tutoring rooms and a workshop room.
