16. Refund and refund policy

16.1 For the Directory of Contests:

Due to the fact that TheCompetitionsBlog.com offers an intangible product (a list in a digital directory and promotion service in digital media such as social networks and email newsletter, we are not able to offer refunds.

The Promotion service in social networks, banners and email newsletter (newsletter) is offered without any guarantees. Like any advertising and marketing service, its results are uncertain and unpredictable. We can not guarantee increased sales, visits, profits, etc. as a result of the promotion.

Free lists are only that free for the user, at no cost, only the request is for the user to remain on the email list TheCompetitionsBlog.com

16.2 For the Directory of Companies and Professionals (TCB Directory):

The free listing plans are just that, free for the user, at no cost, only the request is for the user to remain on the email list TheCompetitionsBlog.com

Two things can happen with paid payment plans:

1. The listing IS accepted by the editors and published in the TCD Directory: In this case, we DO NOT offer refunds, either total or partial.

2. The List is NOT accepted by the editors and is not published in the TCB Directory: In this case we can partially reimburse. The amount to be reimbursed would be the amount originally paid by the LISTED at the moment of sending their list, less a payment processing fee of:

3% of the amount + $ 0.30 (all in United States Dollars)

For example, if the payment was $ 49.00, we can only reimburse: $ 49.00 – $ 0.30 – $ 1.47 (3% of 49) = $ 47.23

Please DO NOT send listings if they do not have any kind of relationship with the categories of the Directory.
