Competition organized by the Hannover region to build a new sports center, with adjacent bedrooms and four general classrooms on the terrains of the Alice Salomon School in Hannover. The new building will replace the current building with a contemporary solution, characterized not only by the high architectural and functional quality, but also to provide the opportunity to reorganize the park located on the south campus of the historic Alice Salomon building.
The evaluation of the projects for the contest will be according to the following criteria:
– Urban integration and architectural quality
– Treatment of the protected building
– Compliance with the program and functionality.
– Technical feasibility
– Economic proposal.
