Type: Open competition for architects in two phases.
Architectural competition in two phases organized by the City of Monsummano Terme in order to rehabilitate and improve the public spaces of the squares Ferdinando Martini, Giuseppe Giusti, Piazza Amendola, Piazzetta San Carlo, Piazza del Popolo, Piazza IV November, with extensions to the streets of this squares: Toti, Mazzini, Boninsegni, etc.
In the first phase, the jury will evaluate the design ideas according to:
– Consistency of the proposed project design with the Guidelines,
– Quality of architecture, landscape and environmental sustainability of the design solution,
– Accessibility, usability and functionality of public spaces,
– The consistency of economic forecasts with the maximum amount indicated
