Restricted competition for the construction of a cultural center in San Berthevin, France.
The plan includes the construction of a building dedicated to culture, with an area about 1500 square meters and outdoor spaces. It will include reception areas (about 160 square meters), a library (about 400 square meters), an auditorium / theater (500 square meters), an extension of the School of Music and Dance (approximately 370 square meters) and technical facilities.
The new building will be connected to the presbytery (rue du Haut Bourg – St Berthevin). The customer’s budget (cost works) is about € 3,650,000.
