Restricted competition for the design and the construction of cultural facilities of approximately 1,000 square meters on a plot of 1,400 square meters located in the heart of the ZAC du Tertre, near the village.
The construction of the multipurpose room responds to the desire of the city to offer this new area as public facilities, that may hold events and festivities in a room equipped with a total of 300 seats and a scenic area of 140 sqared meters. The building will also hold the weekly activities of some organizations (theater, dance, gymnastics …) in a specific room of 150 square meters.
