Restricted competition for the construction of state-owned housing projects for the Department of Defense.
Each project includes:
– The construction of 18 apartments T5 (surface estimated at 130 square meters per dwelling)
– Construction of 45 parking spaces, 18 covered
– Total plots are approximately 15 500.00 squared meters
Applications will be evaluated in terms of technical, professional and financial capacity based on the following criteria:
1) The experience of the candidates in other achievements with nature, scale and complexity comparable;
2) The qualities of the candidates or groups in terms of managing similar projects in the areas of architecture, engineering and construction, urban integration and planning, control and coordination of construction economics, special techniques (acoustic , landscape …), etc.;
3) The appreciation of professional, technical and financial management of the overall group members
