Restricted competition for the expansion of the high school gym Marguerite Yourcenar in the French town of Erstein.
The project consists of the following parts: improving the existing gym: Creating storage surfaces of at least 40 square meters, creating an area for office and workshop manager. Expansion with the creation of two dressing rooms / additional showers (separate WC), a dance hall and improving Multisport room lighting. This expansion includes: The actual 660 square meters (33 x 20) rooms, bleachers and customer service area, changing rooms and toilets.
The budget for all works is 2.15 million euros HT.
