Architectural competition for urban and architectural requalificación of the waterfront north of Ortona.
Thanks to its location on the edge of the town of Ortona, and located in a strategic position, this part of the city shows poor offert of business, residential buildings and homes, and justa designated area for tourism because of its architectural interest.
The site is “No Man’s Land,” “a place – no – place” defined by the inconsistency of the built environment, which may not be performed due to the lack of rental housing, from the parking nonexistent homelessness affordable, lack of meeting spaces, lack of pedestrian connectivity commercial activity and poor surrounding residential neighborhoods.
This is an area of about 18,000 square meters which with particular importance for rebuilding our idea, making tourist attraction and according to various architectural and functional aspects.
