Ideas Competition organized by the City of San Giovanni Lupatoto to develop a comprehensive and unitary urban regeneration, architectural, cultural and social protection of historical and cultural values of existing buildings. The intervention has to be able to promote the structure of the buildings, with attention to the redefinition and improvement of open spaces (public and private), furniture, roads and urban scene as a whole.
The aim is to create an urban order that favors social spaces through the identification of public and private functions with a strong character, encouraging regeneration of commercial activities.
