Restricted competition for the rehabilitation and expansion of a sports complex in the town of Couloisy, France.
The estimated cost of the works, including all equipment necessary to operate is set at 6.4 million € before taxes.
There are two phases in the operation:
– Phase 1: (works 2014/2015): the rehabilitation and expansion of the existing indoor pool and the demolition of some of the annexes, the rehabilitation of the existing building, construction of a new reception center, administration, changing rooms, toilets and ancillary areas in a total of 1,740 m2 including technical installations (existing: 1,089 m2).
– Phase 2 (works 2015/2016): Full rehabilitation of two gyms (932 m2 and 290 m2) with its annexes through the construction of a building that connects the two rooms in a total of 518 m2, including 250 m2 of technical areas.
The external works over the area complete the work program: the reclassification of roads, the creation of pedestrian areas, parking areas and some vegetation areas.
