Restricted competition for the construction of an aquatic center in the french city of La Gorgue.

The aquatic center will cover a surface area of 2.681 square meters and will consist of:
– 1 outdoor pool 5 lanes of 25m x 12.5 m (315m ²) stainless steel coating of 1.40 m to 2.00 m deep
– 1 child indoor pool for learning (125 square meters) with stainless steel coating of 0.90 m 1.40 m deep
– Educational space (60m ²)
– 1 interior corridor 3 lanes
– 1 reception area (125 square meters)
– Administrative and service areas (133 m)
– 1 toilets and shower area (445 meters square)
– One indoor and beach area (767 m²)
– 1 outdoor mineral beach area (150 square meters)
– Functional Annexes (95 m²)
– Technical rooms (450 m²)
– Areas outside (1500 square meters)
– 100 parking spaces

The estimated budget for the work is 7.5 million euros HT.
