Ideas Competition based on “Rebuilding after the earthquake in the historic center of Moglia.”
The competition aims to acquire a project with a level of detail equivalent to a feasibility study and therefore, project proposals must deepen and develop the following:
• functional restoration and architectural redefinition of one of the two buildings of historical and architectural interest severely damaged by the earthquake. Competitors can operate according to the strategy they consider most appropriate. Competitors may intervene radically through the demolition and subsequent reconstruction of the structure, possibly in a different way from the original, or can opt for an integration of the existing building;
• Improve Moglia historic center around the monumental buildings, the adoption of a unified and consistent design in the study of the area, furniture and lighting, higher quality of urban space and public architecture…
