The operation for the construction of a school consist of:
In the first phase, construction of 7 classrooms (including 3 nursing classrooms and four primary classrooms), a CMS, a Documentation Centre – Library (BCD), an activity room, a multipurpose room and a common room for nursery and elemental, representing the surface of 2,495 square meters and 3775 square meters of surface outdoor.
In a second phase, it is planned the construction of five additional classrooms and a playground area of 980 square meters and 150 square meters of outdoor surface.
The estimated budget for the works is set to € 6,670,000 HT.
