The implementation of the architectural competition for the acquisition of a project is to replace the Freihofstraße. The replacement building should blend in with the image of the buildings in the town.
The competition will be held as an anonymous project in the selection process and is subject to the rules of GATT / WTO, inter-cantonal agreement on government procurement (IVöB) and Ordinance St.Gallen on recruitment public methods (VOB). The language is German.
