Restricted competition for the restructuring and expansion of the School of Industrial Physics and Chemistry (ESPCI) at number 10 rue Vauquelin in Paris.
The restructuring project on a site partially occupied, involves performing equipment for teaching and research in an area of approximately 25,000 m² of which 14,000 m² are for laboratories, 3800m ² of teaching space and 2,000 m² of common areas.
The project has an area of 38,000 square meters, including 10,000 square meters of renovated space and 28,000 square meters of new building.
The project includes the development of an area of 1, 4 hectares, which includes a garden with an area of 3,900 square meters of public open space.
