– Architecture and quality of life of the proposed sites (modularity) options, 15 Points
– Environmental Quality, 10 points
– Consideration of the operation / maintenance, 7.5 points
– Organization of the equipment and site, 7.5 points
– Compatibility of the project with the provisional budget assigned to the project, 10 points
– The relevance of the study on the estimated cost of the work 30 points
