Restricted competition for the development of a residential building of large magnitude in about 33.000 square meters in a building for social rental housing. Furthermore, the proposed complex will include a nursery and a cultural center with overall size of about 3,600 square meters.
The project will also has the development of the open spaces of the apartments and a public walkway for pedestrians and cyclists to be held in a total of 6,000 square meters.
