International design competition for the construction of the Rochdale Town Centre, in the United Kingdom.

The contest is for the design of the Public Realm, adjacent to River Roch, in Rochdale Town Centre, following the re-opening of the river.

The competition is open to design teams which may include the services of an architect, landscape architect and a conservation architect. The design team must be led by a fully qualified, practising, registered architect or landscape architect.
