The plot chosen for the project is approximately 7.900 square meters and is located in the center of the city of Saint-Paul. The program is divided into two sections with the forecast of five years, for an estimated amount of € 10.7 million including:
A kindergarten (11 classes, about 1,400 m² and 2,600 m² of outdoor surface),
A primary school (20 classes, about 1,800 m² and 4,000 m² built outside)
Common area for both schools (about 400m ²)
