Architecture competition for the selection of the best proposal for the construction of a cultural center on the ruins of the old municipal supplies market, located in the Market Square in the town of Reinosa, Spain.
In June 2012 the supplies market caught fire as a result of which were just standing four perimeter walls of the building. This apparent misfortune however opens the door to an intervention that aims to realize a draft proposal to build on the site of the Market Square a cultural center, a meeting point for the citizens of Reinosa.
This invitation to tender may attend all architects who have full legal capacity and are not infringing the prohibitions and incompatibilities for government contracts under current regulations. It is not required to be registered in advance to participate in the competition, but it is to sign and endorse the project that will eventually be developed.
