Type: Open competition for architects.
Architectural competition that aims at collecting ideas and design proposals for recovery, after the earthquake of 2012, and the remodeling of the Palazzo Costa Giani – Via Mazzini 13 City Hall to be used as host city , municipal offices, spaces for any activity / leisure / cultural , with the reorganization and optimization of existing spaces.
The draft of this contest will be held in accordance with the principles of bioclimatic systems , seismic architecture, and will promote the exploitation of renewable energy and the adoption of all devices and systems to ensure improved environmental comfort and minimizing the power consumption.
It should be noted that the objectives explained in this Article shall be considered as a guide for the project for a better understanding of the expectations of the Promoter. Contestants can , however , propose modifications or different interpretations of the foregoing with respect to established guidelines.
