Architectural competition inviting architects to submit projects for the implementation of a development program that includes a public facility (School and Gym), medical and social building and a residence for the elderly of about 55 beds. The project has a total surface: 10.500 m².
To meet the needs generated by the increase of the population associated with the construction of some 1,200 homes in the new district of the city, it is necessary the establishment of a school and sports facility.
Furthermore, ARSEA (Regional Specialized Association for Social Action, Education and Animation) and Sibar (Real Estate Company of Bas-Rhin) have expressed the desire to build two buildings, a medical and social center (Institute of Medical Education) and a residence for the elderly respectively.
The total budget for the work is set at € 18,235,000.
