Type: Restricted projects competition for architects in two stages with 10 teams selected for the second stage.
Restricted competition whose objective is the preparation of the draft and identifying the designers for the design and construction of the new headquarters of the Institute for Social housing of the Autonomous Province of Bolzano in the city Bolzano , Italy.
Currently , the Institute for Social Housing ( IPES ) , is divided into 3 buildings located in the city of Bolzano. To adjust the IPES functional requirements it is considered necessary to unify the 3 buildings through renovation and extension or demolition and rebuilding of the IPES headquarters in Bolzano, in Via Milano 2 .
The new office will respond to the demands of a modern and innovative social and administrative center with citizen service purpose.
The interiors will be designed to accommodate the workspace and contact with the public, according to the current knowledge about the organization , psychology , environmental comfort and the management and maintenance of buildings for the tertiary sector.
