Restricted competition to design the housing projects in the area of recreation and leisure in Selva dei Molini.
The purpose of this design competition is to find the most appropriate team to perform the task of designing the layout of the area for recreation and leisure parks in Selva dei Molini, taking in consideration the rural character of the village .
The competition is divided into two phases:
– Step 1 : Selection procedure based on references ( prequalification )
– Stage 2: Design Competition ( draft) The competition will be held on the basis of existing legislation . The competition is restricted and anonymous during design contest (1st Grade – Preliminary ).
Participants admitted through prequalification must develop and submit a draft. Projects will be evaluated and ranked as a whole (buildings and facilities for outdoor recreation areas ) . Design comission will be awarded to the winner.
