Restricted Competition for the construction of a new sustainable neighborhood in the Swiss town of Lancy.
The site area of Adret is in the territory of Ville de Lancy between Route du Grand Lancy and railways SBB, bordering the cities of Geneva and Carouge. It consists of 5 blocks of buildings from A to E and also includes other facilities.
This competition aims to get different answers to the prerogatives of the program and choose a project for his urban, architectural, functional and environmental qualities, and where construction costs are controlled.
