The Autonomous Province of Bolzano begins an open competition, anonymously and in two phases, with pre-selection through the presentation of sketches for the construction of a new cafeteria for the students of the School of Brunico with a capacity of approx . 1,500 meals, 1,000 meals will be distributed in 3 shifts inside and 500 meals in the outboard seats.
The aim of the competition is to find the best solution considering the following aspects:.
- Urban and architectural quality of the kitchen operation (incoming food, food preparation, distribution, waste disposal, etc.)
- Ease of use for visitors.
