The Cairate City council has launched a competition to develop a proposal for a new ideational campus to house an elementary school and a high school for a number of about 700 students.
The competition is open to architects and engineers registered in the respective professional bodies, in accordance with applicable law and admitted to practice.
The Selection Committee shall adopt the following evaluation criteria:
- Architectural appearance, functional distribution: (maximum 40 points)
- The insertion in the context of the intervention: (maximum 20 points)
- Technological aspects and environmental sustainability: (maximum 20 points)
- Estimated costs of construction and operation (maximum 20 points)
