Design competition for the redevelopment of the commercial area of the “Amérique” in the town of Quart, Italy.
The aim of the competition is to acquire documents for the redevelopment of the area with the urban and architectural integration, the urban situation, green, lighting, paving and street furniture, municipal roads and privacy solutions, through the following objectives.
- The redevelopment of the planning and the architecture of the area to complement the works of urban expansion SS26 (ANAS, Autonomous Region of Valle d’Aosta).;
- Organization of private and municipal roads in order to ensure better use of the area, commercial exploitation and a right relationship with the major road network, taking into account the need to link the different batches of private property;
- The improvement of the area, including pedestrian areas, parking areas, areas of aggregation and connections to major road arteries
