This project is a global village that has more than one size of homes to accommodate young families of 2 to 4. Participants are asked to submit designs for 3 different variations of off-grid, prefabricated homes, built around one theme/form type. 15 houses will be for couples without kids, 15 for couples with one kid; 10 for couples with 2 kids.

The total Area (of all floors) should not exceed 30 sqm for 2 people (couple); 35 sqm for 3 people (couples with 1 kid); and 40 sqm for 4 people (couples with two kids).

The couples want to feel they are part of the forest. Your designed tiny house must be no more than 1.5 floors (only first floor or first floor with upper floor) features four basic components: living room, kitchen and dining room, 1 or 2 or 3 bedrooms, and bathroom/bathrooms.
Given there is a center to this community with four surrounding clusters, submit a planning proposal for one of the four clusters showing the homes distribution in that cluster. Explore ideas of how this cluster will bring families together while maintaining family privacy.
