Restricted tender for the construction of a sailing center and urbanization of the surroundings.

The new base is implanted in Ponteil’s beachfront. The future building will be visible from all points of the bay of Antibes. Its architecture should show a tight integration with the landscape, and should be architectural and environmental friendly. The project also includes several local clubs (diving, etc..) and two aid stations. The owner’s goal is to achieve recognition BDM Gold project (Mediterranean Sustainable Construction).

Building Area: 1000 square meters.
Exterior: 5700 square meters. Maximum: 150 people / day.
The provisional budget by the contracting authority is set to € 3,235,000.
