Restricted competition for the construction of a mixed-use building for the Chamber of Commerce and Handicrafts (CMA), which wants to build a restaurant for enterprises, a hairdressing school with the application of tertiary activities and accommodation in the near future headquarters in Lille. Each activity must be independent of the other.
The area included in the Lot 2 is 2500m ². and the estimated cost for the works is 8 million euros (VAT included) (value 2011).
