Restricted projects competition for the construction of an emergency service and a crisis center in the hospital “des Pyrénées”, in the town of Pau.
The project, organized on one level, consist of an emergency room of 8 beds, a crisis center with 10 beds and a dozen rooms in an area of 1200 square meters.
Criteria for evaluation of projects: Compatibility of the project with the budget (30%) Quality of response to functional program (30%), architectural quality and integration in place (20%) Quality of the response to the technical program (20% ).
