Restricted competition for the design and construction of a swimming pool and a training and education center in La Plaine des Palmistes, Reunion.

The program of the project is divided into:

– A heated indoor pool of 2063 square meters and 1379 square meters US of outdoor space, including the development of an auxiliar pool of 250 square meters, a  training pool of 125 square meters and a children’s pool of 70 square meters.
– A sports center with 1820 square meters and 6500 square meters of outdoor US, including a gym.
The auxiliary program is:
. A sports medical center of 117 square meters
. A shelter with hypoxic chambers of 786 square meters
. An area for restoration of ​​302 square meters
. A car park of 2,856 square meters

This program is complemented by Robert Adrien stadium that will be rehabilitated in this operation and has an area of 14,300 m2.

The project has a budget of € 17.55 million.
