Restricted competition for the demolition / reconstruction / renovation of the buildings for industrial use (including workshops, offices and platforms) enabling the microbiological research facilities, whose buildings represent approximately 8800 m².

The project involves the construction of a Center for Research on modeling of infectious diseases and therapies and is part of a master plan for renovation and reorganization of Fontenay-aux-Roses.

The project programe will be:
– Conventional laboratories,
– Laboratory Biosafety Level 2 and 3
– Laboratory animals primates Level 1, 2 and 3
– Rooms for tomography emission images .
– Offices
