Restricted competition for the rehabilitation and expansion of a center for the elderly in Seuzach, Switzerland.

In the grounds of the center Geeren in Seuzach it is expected a combination of renovation and expansion because the supply of places has to be developed and improved, so that the result should cover demographic trends of the projected population for the year 2025. Changes in the existing parts of the building should be kept as minimal as possible for cost reasons. The number of beds will be expanded from 134 nowadays to 174. The estimate cost of the project is around 40 to 45 million francs.
