Restricted competition for the extension project of the education buildings, school life and to the restoration of the Leonardo da Vinci  School in Montaigu.

This operation is for the expansion and restructuation of several functional areas of the institution with a master plan.

– Construction or renovation of dwellings for students, staff spaces…
– Internal restructuring of the buildings
– Priority 2:
– Construction of accommodations;
– Restructuring existing accommodations in warehouses and workshops

This transaction represents an area of ​​approximately 2000 square meters of new construction and 2,500 square meters of major restructuring. The provisional budget part reserved for the works is € 8,820,000.
