Restricted competition for the construction of primary school Saint-Leu. The works involve the construction of a school with 16 basic classrooms and a Restaurant of the School ( 1923 meters square) on a plot of 5300 square meters. The financial resources allocated to the works are 5.5 million euros (excluding VAT). (Value in March 2013).
5 teams may submit an offer based on the following criteria (unweighted): technical, professional and financial capacity of the candidate or candidate teams (skills, human resources ….) and the quality of the references provided.
