Restricted competition for the construction of an intergenerational centre in the French town of Cabannes.
The proposed creation of an intergenerational center was born under the conversion policy municipal buildings and downtown revitalization.
The main unit of the project covers an area of about 26,714 m2, and project scope is limited to the plots 250, 450, 451, 452.
The provisional budget allocated to work is estimated at € 2.4 million (1.4 million euros the construction and rehabilitation of € 1,000,000) and includes:
– The demolitions necessary
– Preparation and leveling of land
– Construction of new buildings
