Architectural competition for the creation of a school and a residence for students (UAPE). The buildings are located on a plot of public use from the Verney Extension Plan .
The project includes the construction of four primary classrooms and 29 secondary classrooms, including 6 half-classes, supplemented with special rooms, a library, facilities for the MAP and the coupling unit for schoolchildren (UAPE) 100 seats. This also includes the renovation of the PC and the renovation or demolition and reconstruction of the pool of 8 x 16 m. It is left to the discretion of the competitors to demolish all or part of the buildings and rebuild or expand existing buildings because they have the budget available.
The construction contractor wants the optimal solution with a moderate and controlled investment to perform a design concept that meets all the provisions and guidelines of the school building constrcution.
