Architectural competition for the construction of residential and commercial areas in the Partial Plan Assignment “Berea 2” in Lausanne with an area of ​​21,000 square meters.

After the contest, the jury shall recommend to the owner a winner for the conclusion of a mandate for the project.

The project site is located to the north of the city of Lausanne, between the road and the highway to Bern at the junction of Vennes, at an altitude of about 660 m. The plot intended to accommodate the housing project planned by the SILL is currently occupied by the offices of the League for the reading of the Bible.
