Type: Open competition for architects in two phases.
Ideas Competition for remodeling and improving of the waterfront in the italian town of Gabicce Mare (Pesaro and Urbino _ Italy) called “Urban tissue of the Città del Mare”.
The area covered by the competition must represent the urban area and the buildings structure where initiate activation processes of economic revitalization, social, cultural and environmental, through the improvement and modernization of road links in the general tissue and related to existing urban area.
The ultimate goal of the contest of ideas is the acquisition of an ideational proposal , defining the “Urban tissue of the Città del Mare”, the future accommodation in the area that integrates different areas, in order to allow the organizer the development of different urban detailed designs and / or the specific area where the competition takes place.
