International ideas competition that seeks to maintain the use of the property as a public park but in 3 underground levels and implement a complex of 100 dwells also with their private underground parking. The project site is immersed in an historical context of Guadalajara City, Mexico, from the second half of 18th century.
Public Parking
Total capacity of 240 cars. This park will people who come from anywhere in the city to the neighborhood area and looking for a place to park. It can take a total of two underground levels with entrance and exit ramps at a 20% slope. Stairs and elevators will descend from the ground floor.
100 Dwells Complex
– Common Areas: 1,000 sq. mts. distributed at any level of the building.It is free to each participant to propose terraces, gardens, areas for children’s parties or meetings, common gym areas, small administrative office, etc. The 465.28 sq. mts. corresponding to the restriction area are included in the common areas and should be used as gardens and/or terraces without any kind of roof.
-House program: 85.00 sq. mts. each,
-Private parking for dwells: it will have a total capacity of 120 cars occupying one underground level (in addition to the two public parking underground levels) and will use the same entrance and exit ramps to the Public Parking but will not mix by controlled access for residents.
-Vertical circulations: elevators and staircases.
