Restricted competition for the preliminary design for the construction of a school for children in 5 sections in St. Leonardo in Passiria and their outdoor spaces.
The project area, which grows in length from north to south, situated on the western edge of the town center, at the confluence of the River Valtina and the Passirio River. The relationship with the viaduct over the ring, located right on the border area of the competition is a real challenge for the designers. The construction of the building has been estimated at approximately € 3,300,000.
