I am planning a New Town on a Site in Florida. The town will feature a 75,000 seat Sports stadium, 50,000 seat Concert Arena, A Theme park that will feature Traditional Rides, Stunt shows, VR Experiences, 4D Cinemas, and Sensory Attractions. The Town will also cover about 12,000 Acres and will house a Town Centre Featuring Restaurants, Shops, 50 Screen 4D Cinema, Live Music Stages, Parks, Zoos, A Mall, and a Park Smaller than my City of New Bedford’s Buttonwood Park. The final thing included is Office Spaces, Hotels/Resorts, Film and Recording Studios, and just over 5,000 Mansions, Homes and apartments for the over 500,000 Set to live in the area. Attached is a Flyer showing the Property in Okeechobee, FL, the area i am willing to locate this town in.The Competition will last about 90 Days starting July 1st Lasting until September 29th. Prize is Money in Cash and A REAL HAND-WRITTEN CHECK (NO JOKE) and will have their Design sent to Bluebell International Funding for approval! Competition will have the project located in Okeechobee County, Florida, USA. The concept is to increase tourism and population of the USA by 2030, and this town of 500,000 people will do just that
